Eva Esther Joyner 
Eva Esther was born on December 24th, 1894.1 Eva Esther's father was Johnson W. Joyner and her mother was Mary Ann Powell. Her paternal grandparents were John A. Joyner and Sarah Frances Cubbedge. She had a brother and five sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Brantley, Hattie M., Nettie L., Clarah B., Mary Watson, Lisa P. and Evnes A.. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 66 on August 1st, 1961.1 General Notes
