1   Martha's father was Frederick Jones and her mother was Sarah Swann.  Her paternal grandparents were Roger Jones and Dorothy Walker; her maternal grandparents were Samuel Swann and Elizabeth Lillington. She had a sister named Rebecca. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named William Harding, Frederick, Thomas and Jane.1
