Mark was born on October 12th, 1710.1   Mark's father was John Jenness and his mother was Hannah Foss.  His paternal grandparents were Francis Jenness and Hannah Swaine. He had five brothers and a sister, named Joshua, William, Job, Richard, John and Hannah.1
