Sara was born in 1624 in Windsor, Hartford, Conneticut.1   Sara's father was William Hosford and her mother was Florence Hayward.  Her paternal grandfather was Job Hosford. She had a brother and two sisters, named John, Hester and Johanna.  She was the second oldest of the four children.  She died at the age of 23 on November 1st, 1647 in Windsor, Conneticut.1
