Penny Addie R. was born in 1878.1 Penny Addie R.'s father was Dempsey Daniel Holland and her mother was Martha Jernigan. Her paternal grandparents were Lewis Holland and Caroline Sapp; her maternal grandparents were Jesse Jernigan and Martha Underwood Holland. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Melvin R., William Lewis, Jack J., Henry, Lonnie, Sallie Ann Jane, Tempie Theta Linda and Nancy Ann America "Mack".1 -
