Bethia was born after 1735 in Granby, CT.1 Bethia's father was Azariah Holcomb and her mother was Hannah Loomis. Her maternal grandparents were Philip Loomis and Hannah. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Abner, Eldad, Obed, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Hannah, Mary, Lois and Eunice. She was the fifth youngest of the ten children.1 -
