Margaret was born in 1727.1   Margaret's father was John Hiett and her mother was Margaret Stephens.  Her paternal grandparents were John Hiett and Mary Smith. She had ten brothers and seven sisters, named George, John, Joseph, William, Evan, James, Jonathon, Timothy, Ebon, Evan, Catherine, Ann, Sarah, Ruth, Martha, Phebe and Mary.  She died at the age of 99 in 1826.1
