John Hide

John was born on August 27th, 1757.¹ John's father was John Hide and his mother was Mary Thompson. His paternal grandparents were John Hyde and Sarah Haskins. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Theophilius, William, Wyllys, Abigail, Dorothy, Judeth and Clarinda. He was the third oldest of the eight children.¹
