Ann Hastings

Ann was born in 1548 in Ashby, Leicester, England.¹ Ann's father was Francis Hastings and her mother was Catherine Pole. Her paternal grandparents were George Hastings and Anne Stafford; her maternal grandparents were Henry Pole and Jane Neville. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Henry, William, George, Edward, Walter, Francis, Frances Ann, Catherine, Elizabeth and Mary. She was the third youngest of the eleven children.¹
