Harrison Worthingto was born on February 1st, 1879 in Newburg Twnsp, Mitchell, Iowa.1 Harrison Worthingto's father was Thomas Harper and his mother was Olive Fuller Brown. His paternal grandparents were Hugh Harper and Frances (Fanny) Manney; his maternal grandparents were Levi Brown and Caroline Strong. He had four sisters named Evangeline Louise, Florence Ellen, Frances Caroline and Lillian Maud. He was the youngest of the five children.
