Evangeline Louise Harper 
Evangeline Louise was born on January 8th, 1859 in Troy, Orleans, Vermont.1 Evangeline Louise's father was Thomas Harper and her mother was Olive Fuller Brown. Her paternal grandparents were Hugh Harper and Frances (Fanny) Manney; her maternal grandparents were Levi Brown and Caroline Strong. She had a brother and three sisters, named Harrison Worthingto, Florence Ellen, Frances Caroline and Lillian Maud. She was the oldest of the five children. She died about 1942.1 -
