Phebe Gifford 
Phebe was born on June 17th, 1772 in Guilford, NC.1 Phebe's father was Jonathan Gifford and her mother was Eunice Beard. She had two brothers and five sisters, named William, Jonathan, Lydia, Sarah, Mary, Eunice and Hannah. She was the second oldest of the eight children.1 General Notes
