Gregory Gibbs 
Gregory was born about 1629 in Of Windsor,Hartford,CT.1 Gregory's father was Giles Gibbs and his mother was Katherine Carwithe. His paternal grandparents were William Gibbs and Mary Newcourt. He had three brothers and a sister, named Jacob, Samuel, Benjamin and Sarah. He was the oldest of the five children. He had two half-sisters named Mary and Margaret. He died in Hartford, Conn..2 General Notes

Gregory Gibbs - Probably baptised 1623, Crewkerne, Somerset, England.
Married Joyce Osborne, widow of James Osborne. Gregory died 3-15-1707, probably Hartford. His father's will stated that Gregory should be apprenticed to some Godly man, for a period of five years. He was in Springfield in 1677 and Suffield in 1683. From 1652 to 1654 he operated a river ferry in Windsor, for which he received 18 lbs. worth of Wheat, peas and Indian corn. No children.
