John Jacob Geisinger

John Jacob was born on August 9th, 1800 and his baptism took place on December 3rd, 1800.¹   John Jacob's father was Frantz Geisinger and his mother was Sarah Levi.  His maternal grandfather was David Levi. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named David, Samuel Levy, William F, Elizabeth, Charlotte, Henrietta (Harriet), Sarah, Margasin B, Rebecca, Ann Margaret and Muriah C.  He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.¹
