James Fritch 
James was born on March 16th, 1808 in Norton, Kings, New Brunswick, Canada.1 James' father was George Fritch and his mother was Mary Unknown. His paternal grandparents were John Fritch and Catherine Unknown. He had six brothers and four sisters, named John, Daniel, George M., Robert, Charles Wesley, William Henry, Sarah, Mary, Catherine and Margaret. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 65 on November 23rd, 1873 in Blenheim Twp, Oxford, Ontario.1 General Notes
