Henry Frey 
Henry was born on March 10th, 1767 in York,York,Pa..1 Henry's father was Gottfried Frey and his mother was Maria Margaretha Linn. His paternal grandparents were Tobias Frey and Anna Maria Peters; his maternal grandfather was Peter Linn. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Bartel, John George, Conrad, Joseph, Adam, Samuel, Gottfried Or Godfrey, Marie Catherine, Anna Maria, Julianna Barbara and Maria Elizabeth. He died at the age of 82 on December 9th, 1849 in Conneaut,Crawford,Pa..1 General Notes

FREY CEMETERY
Frey Cemetery was the churchyard of the Frey Methodist Episcopal Church. Henry Frey, a shoemaker , and his wife , Barbara Baumgartneer, natives of Lancester Co., moved from York Co. and settled in the arae about 1800. They were the parents of 16 children, 15 of whom lived to maturity. The Methodist congregation organized about 1818 met in the Freys' home, then in the schoolhouse and finally built a church in 1851. The church , part of the Espyville and Linesville Circuits, no longer exists.
