James Francis Foley

James Francis was born on February 12th, 1884 in Vermont.¹   James Francis' father was James Foley and his mother was Lucille LaRoche.  His paternal grandparents were James Foley and Ellen O'Brien; his maternal grandparents were Jerry LaRock and Amy Odette. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Thomas Merrill, Raymond Martin, John, Katherine Isabella "Kitt" and Ellen.  He died at the age of 80 on December 19th, 1964 in Houston, TX.¹
