Her maternal grandparents were Asbury B. Minchey and Georgia Ann Savannah McClellan. She had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Sidney Albert, Johnnie, Floyd Kemp and Wadie Adel. She died at the age of 87 on August 11th, 1980 in Savannah, Chatham Co., GA.1 -
