Stephen Pleasant Farmer

Stephen Pleasant was born on April 20th, 1850 in Pittsylvania, Virginia.¹ Stephen Pleasant's father was Stephen Johnson Farmer and his mother was Martha McLaughlin. His paternal grandparents were Johnson Farmer and Patsy Thompson. He had three brothers and a sister, named Charles Thompson, Isham F., William Daniel and Alice Ann. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 78 on November 11th, 1928 in Detroit, Red River Co., Texas.¹
