Alice Ann Farmer

Alice Ann was born in 1843 in Pittsylvania, Virginia.¹ Alice Ann's father was Stephen Johnson Farmer and her mother was Martha McLaughlin. Her paternal grandparents were Johnson Farmer and Patsy Thompson. She had four brothers named Charles Thompson, Stephen Pleasant, Isham F. and William Daniel. She was the oldest of the five children.¹
