William Douglas 
William was born on March 6th, 1820 in FAIRFIELD CO, SOUTH CAROLINA.1 William's father was John Douglas and his mother was Grace Jane Brice. His maternal grandparents were William Brice and Elizabeth Phillips. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, James, Charles, Robert LeRoy, Alexander, Grace Jane and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 75 on February 29th, 1896.1 -
