Charles Douglas 
Charles was born on February 10th, 1829.1 Charles' father was John Douglas and his mother was Grace Jane Brice. His maternal grandparents were William Brice and Elizabeth Phillips. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William, John, James, Robert LeRoy, Alexander, Grace Jane and Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the eight children.1 -
