Freeborn Cronk

Freeborn was born in 1858 in Canada.¹   Freeborn's father was William Cronk and his mother was Mary Polly Vannest.  His maternal grandparents were James Vannest and Elizabeth Card. He had three brothers and six sisters, named James Erastus, Walter, Willard Marshall, Lucinda Delilah, Elizabeth Ann, Frances Alma, Theressa Arrilda, Violetta Ann and Maggie.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.¹
