Lee Otis' father was Raymond Edgar Clark and his mother was Annabel Otis. His paternal grandparents were David William Clark and Sarah Elizabeth Ackerman; his maternal grandparents were Ransford Otis and Sabra Forbes Gates. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Eldred Arthur, Leroy, Muriel Edith, Rhea and Bertha.-
