Violet Chamberlain 
Violet was born in 1885 in New Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 Violet's father was Thomas Chamberlain and her mother was Henrietta Jane Cock. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Chamberlain and Sarah Checkley; her maternal grandfather was William Cock. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Alfred, Frederick William, Victor Henry, Mabel, Olive, Rosa Mary and Daisy. She was the youngest of the eight children. She had two half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Percy Guy, Walter, Clara Lilias, Adela, Jessie, Alice and Florence. She died about 1965 in New Zealand.1 -
