Elizabeth Butler 
Elizabeth was born in 1643 in Hartford, Connecticut.1 Elizabeth's father was Richard Butler and her mother was Elizabeth Bigelow. Her paternal grandfather was Steven Butler. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Samuel, Nathaniel, Joseph, Daniel, Mary, Hannah, Abigail and Abigal. She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.2 -
