Ralph Frederick was born on November 14th, 1899.1   Ralph Frederick's father was John Jay Burras and his mother was Frances L. Barlow.  His paternal grandparents were John Burras and Elizabeth Unknown. He had three sisters named Ethel, Maude and Lena B..  He was the youngest of the four children.  He died at the age of 81 on March 15th, 1981.1
