John Milton Burks

John Milton was born on March 24th, 1832 in Mexico, Audrain, MO.¹ John Milton's father was Isham Burks and his mother was Martha. His paternal grandparents were Isham Burks and Elizabeth Rowland. He had four brothers and a sister, named James R., William T., Leonidas, Isham L. and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 91 on February 10th, 1924 in Lincoln, Lancaster, NE.¹
