Mary was born in 1696.1   Mary's father was Abraham Bryant and her mother was Sarah Bancroft.  Her paternal grandfather was Abraham Bryant. She had four brothers and a sister, named Abrahan, Jonathon, Samual, Ebenezer and Sarah.  She was the oldest of the six children.1
