Alfred Brace 
Alfred was born on November 22nd, 1819 in Springfield Twp, Bradford, PA.1 Alfred's father was William Brace and his mother was Polly Furmon. His paternal grandparents were William Brace and Hannah Mills. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Albert, William, Hollister, Dighton D, Stephen Allen, Nancy, Martha, Eliza and Angeline. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Samuel and Esther Ann. He died at the age of 76 on October 29th, 1896.1 General Notes
