Philip Wesley Boyett 
Philip Wesley was born in 1846.1 Philip Wesley's father was James T Boyett and his mother was Mary (Polly) Sallier. His paternal grandparents were Edward Boyet and Rebecca. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Calvin Noah, William W, John Thomas, Mandy Cathern, Penecia Ann and Annie Irene. He was the second oldest of the seven children.1 -
