Frank was born on February 20th, 1902 in Tattnall Co., GA.1 Frank's father was William Harley Boyett and his mother was Mollie Cowart. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Boyett and Matilda Holland; his maternal grandparents were Columbus Cowart and Polly Sapp. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Hilton, James Earley, Columbus, Thomas, Otis, Cooper, Cleola, Dollie, Marie and Vashti. He died at the age of 68 on August 31st, 1970 in SAVANNAH, GA, BURIED CEDAR CREEK CEMETERY. He was buried in Tattnall Co., GA.1 2 General Notes
