Ruby was born on June 11th, 1909 in Tattnall Co., GA.1 Ruby's father was Allen Beauregard Bowen and her mother was Daisy Ann Mulligan. Her paternal grandparents were Mitchell Jasper Bowen and Georgia Ann Wildes; her maternal grandparents were Bernard Allen Mulligan and Marther. She had a brother and four sisters, named Allen Beauregard, Vera Lucille, Addie, Edith and Hazel. She died at the age of 10 on November 13th, 1919 in Los Angles, CA. She was buried in Tattnall Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
