Elizabeth Bowen 
Elizabeth was born about 1514 in Wales.1 Elizabeth's father was James Bowen and her mother was Jane Perott. Her paternal grandparents were Owen Bowen and Janet Verch John. She had four brothers and three sisters, named William, John, Owen, Thomas, Alson, Agnes and Ellen. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She had four half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named William, Lewis, Mathias, Nicholas, Sioned (Janet), Elizabeth, Alson (Alice), Katrin, Jowan, Jane and Marged.1 -
