Rollis P. Bowden

Rollis P. was born about 1841 in Meriwether Co., GA.¹   Rollis P.'s father was John C. Bowden and his mother was Mary A. Unknown. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Josiah, John Malachi, Enoch R., William W., James F., Susan Caroline, Nancy F. and Martha Ann.  He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.¹
