Bethiah was born in Hingham, Massachusetts.1   Bethiah's father was Jonathan Bosworth and her mother was Elizabeth.  Her paternal grandfather was Edward Bosworth. She had six brothers and seven sisters, named Benjamin, Edward, Jeremiah, Jonathan, Joseph, Nathaniel, Rebeccah, Belany, Bridget, Deliverance, Hannah, Mary and Mehitable.  She died on April 4th, 1718 in Barrington, Rhode Island.1
