Laura Blackburn

Laura was born on October 11th, 1905 in Screven Co., GA.¹ Laura's father was Benjamin William Blackburn and her mother was Daisy Peavy. Her paternal grandparents were James Marion Blackburn and Frances Mozell Powell; her maternal grandparents were William Marion Peavy and Eugenia Ellen Evans. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Ottis William, Luther Barney, James Felton, Rufus Benjamin, Leon Oscar, Willis Watson, Beulah, Lillian Celest, Doris Lucille, Helen Jennette and Eva Autry. She died at 4 months old on March 1st, 1906.¹
