Charles Blackburn

Charles was born about 1859 in Screven Co., GA.¹ Charles' father was William Blackburn and his mother was Mary Jane Waters. His paternal grandparents were John Blackburn and Esther. He had six brothers and two sisters, named William J., James Marion, David Henry, John, Joseph, Robert, Levicy and Sarah.¹
