Phineus H. Black

Phineus H. was born on July 14th, 1847 in Chatham Co., GA.¹   Phineus H.'s father was William Ashman Black and his mother was Mary Isabell Barnett. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William A., Joseph Marion, Sarah E. and Marie Louise.  He was the second oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 66 on January 13th, 1914 in Savannah, Chatham Co., GA.  He was buried in Laurel Grove Cem, Savannah, GA, Lot# 1332.^1 1
