William Bartlett

William was born in 1822 in NY.¹   William's father was Philip Bartlett and his mother was Tapher Unknown. He had a brother and five sisters, named Oliver, Almira, Esther, Emaline, Lydia and Almeda.  He was the second oldest of the seven children.¹
