Oliver Bartlett

Oliver was born in 1832 in NY.¹   Oliver's father was Philip Bartlett and his mother was Tapher Unknown. He had a brother and five sisters, named William, Almira, Esther, Emaline, Lydia and Almeda.  He was the third youngest of the seven children.¹
