William Allen was born on October 4th, 1926.1   William Allen's father was James Abraham Baird and his mother was Flora Mary Ann Reed.  His paternal grandparents were William Allen Baird and Mary Colorado Hamilton. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named James Estle, Claudie Ray, Earl Clinton, Willard Bobby, Curtis Ernest, Living, Living, Living, Ethel Gertrude, Living, Living and Mary Alice.  He died at the age of 25 on December 29th, 1951.1
