Philemon Allen 
Philemon was born about 1815.1 Philemon's father was Nathaniel Allen and his mother was Mercy. His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Allen and Esther Plum. He had three brothers and a sister, named Uriah, Ester, Nathaniel and Roda. He was the youngest of the five children. He died about 1863.1 -
