Cecil Jay Addington

Cecil Jay was born on November 26th, 1891 in Virginia. Cecil Jay's father was Andrew Jackson Addington and his mother was Sarah Anne Ramey. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Addington and Verlina Easter Hutchinson; his maternal grandparents were John H. Ramey and Yarina Osborne. He had eleven brothers and five sisters, named Albert Ulysses, John Hutchinson, James Winfiled Scott, Hugh Emmett, Wiley Martin, Daniel Moscoe, William Henderson, Leander Floyd, Robert W., Charles Clinton, Leonard Lafayette, Laura Melvina, Lizzie Mae, Lula V., Rena Mazella and Leota Belle. He was the second youngest of the seventeen children. He died at the age of 91 on November 5th, 1983 in Charlevoix County, Michigan. He was buried in Ellsworth Cemetery, Banks Township, Michigan.
