Joe Allen was born on July 9th, 1903 in Perry, TN. Joe Allen's father was Joseph W Whitson and his mother was Laura Edna Barry. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John Barry, William Daniel, Jessie Floyd, Edward Carmack, Earl Jackson, Minnie Myrtle and Grace Lucille. He died at the age of 47 on June 7th, 1951.General Notes
