Biness Harvey was born on August 26th, 1898 in St Johns, Apache, AZ.1 Biness Harvey's father was Joseph Obadiah Stradling and his mother was Hansina Thomsen. His paternal grandparents were STRADLING and BUSH; his maternal grandparents were Hans Adolph Thomsen and Karen Karoline Sorensen. He had nine brothers and a sister, named Joseph Obadiah Jr, James Leroy, Alvin Levi, Paul Reuben, Cliff, Vaughn Wallace, Marvin, Deral Wildon, Floyd Marlow and Elsina Sophia. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 84 in October 1982 in Farmington, San Juan, NM, USA.1 General Notes
