Charles D was born on June 26th, 1856 in Jonesville, Lee, Virginia, USA.1 Charles D's father was John Preston Orr and his mother was Pricilla. His paternal grandparents were David Orr and Rhoda Ely. He had five brothers and four sisters, named George W, David F, Robert Whitley, John C, William Alexander, Mary, Rhoda Clamanda, Isabel and Nettie Lee. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 53 on September 27th, 1909 in Lee, Virginia, USA.1 -
