Alex Murray 
Alex was born in 1847 in TN. Alex's father was Thomas P Murray and his mother was Margaret M. His paternal grandparents were William Murray and Eliza Whitney. He had five brothers and three sisters, named William, Henry, John, Robert, Thomas P, Annie, Mary and Margaret M. He was the second oldest of the nine children.
