John Lofton

John was born about 1874.¹   John's father was Thomas D Lofton and his mother was Charity Rhodes.  His maternal grandparents were Robert Wiley Rhodes and Louiza. He had three brothers and a sister, named Lou, Benjamin F, Robert Thomas and Jamila.  He was the second youngest of the five children. He had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named S H, Mary Ann, H, Marcella Lutitia and Nancy L M.
