Susan Monroe was born on May 29th, 1768 in Belle Air, Prince William, VA, USA.1 Susan Monroe's father was Spence Grayson and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Wagoner. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Grayson and Susan Monroe; her maternal grandfather was Peter Wagener. She had six brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, Benjamin, William, Peter, Spence Monroe, Beverly Robinson, Catherine, Mary, Judith, Sally and Caroline Ann. She was the fifth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 53 on April 20th, 1822 in New Orleans, Orleans, LA, USA.1 -
